Great experience and will have no hesitation in staying again. Immaculately clean, quiet and spacious unit. New owner is very welcoming and helpful. Everything there that’s needed for a very comfortable stay, including a heat pump. Cannot fault!

I’m a regular, location is great with the park over the road with the birds singing their evening chorus. It’s great after a long day of driving on a cold day to get to a warm motel room with the heat pump going. Love the decor and the bed is sooo lush, cosy and comfortable too.

We had an incredibly warm welcome at the motel, lots of valuable tips and an uncomplicated laundry service. The rooms are very clean, the bathroom and bed are great. The location in town is good even without a car, there is a large supermarket 5 minutes away. Recommended!

Arrived in Blenheim on the midnight ferry and drove 20min to this little motel. Arrived and they left the rooms open for us to make things easy. Had a wonderful sleep in a lovely super king bed. There is a single bed in the living space so you could very easily sleep three adults and a child on the couch. The place is very clean and tidy with fluffy towels. Would happily stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it very clean and well appointed. We would have no hesitation in staying and recommending to friends and family. The prices are very realistic and good value. Well done and thanks to the hosts.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. The manager/owner, Judy was so friendly and just a wonderful person to chat with. The room was large and well laid out. Extremely well appointed to suit travelers needs. Great kitchen area, bathroom, large bed, dining table and lounge chairs. Room also had Netflix. It's a smaller motel and you get a distinct feeling the owners are proud of it and go above and beyond to look after both the property and the guests. Great to see a property that offers and promotes easy self recycling options adjacent to the main office. Only a 2 minute walk to the centre of Blenheim which has plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes etc. Supermarket also a very short walk.

The motor lodge was an excellent mid-price range accomodation in Blenheim. No complaints. The motel is very clean. It sits right across from the main park in town with lovely gardens. Although on a main street, it is quiet at night and within easy walking distance of the main downtown with cafes and restaurants.

Quite pleased with our recent multi-night stay. Helpful and informative reception and checkin. Great location, easy walk to downtown cafes and restaurants. Easy and free parking. Plenty of room, well lit. Quiet, well insulated for sound. Refrigerator and ample utensils etc for cooking, although we did not. Only negative was an extremely weak shower. Overall would recommend for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
