The windows were up in the room and it was hot. Girl at front desk came up and closed window. She had to reset the ac to get it to work. Price was ridiculous. Was supposed to be a handicapped bathroom but the tub was so high it was hard to get in and out of it. My husband didnt takes shower cause he was afraid he’d fall. Not safe at all. It was a kitchenette but it was old and no dishes or anything in it. Had to call front desk if you wanted anything for it. No blow dryer in bathroom. Would not go back again. Said housekeeping only cleans rooms every 14 days do if you needed anything you had to go to desk and request them. Like towels or anything. For the price they charge it was unacceptable

After a horrible experience at another hotel, Adreanna E was the answer to my much needed prayers. She was happy and incredibly helpful. She gladly provided an extra pillow, blanket, and kitchen necessities. This was our first trip to an extended stay America, but it will definitely not be the last.

Get what you pay for….room was spacious but lacked comfy, cozy. I could not imagine staying here for an extended period of time. Room had an odor, not run you out of your room odor, but enough to notice and dislike. Staff was polite at check in. Only stayed one night. Went outside to run an errand and there was a wheelchair near from door full of personal belongings. Woman wondering around in the parking lot. When I came back she was pacing near front door and coming in and out of the front door. I understand each city has a homeless population, and my heart aches for them, but hanging out at the front door of a business might be bothersome to some guests.

First room had ants all over the place. 2nd room air wouldn't work. 3rd room air would work for the first several hours then finally worked. The rooms were not very clean and is a bit run down. I would not recommend staying here at all!

First DO NOT believe the photos on the website. I pulled up and people were sitting outside arguing. I go to check in and the lady was not as friendly. I was suppose to stay two weeks, I immediately change it to two days. The room was dirty. The rug is filthy, I never took my shoes off. The dog would not even sleep on the floor. I had to put his bed in the chair. I brought my own covers and blanket and put them on top of their comforter. I know they didn't wash that stuff. The bathroom toilet had stuff in the bowl not cleaned. The sink stopper was stuck and the water had to slow drain. The refrigerator was dirty. The drapes were old and torn. My door did not lock fully. I put a bag in the front of it. The window was open and I had nats in the room. They really need to upgrade this place. I will NEVER stay there again.

The place was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was easy to check in and out without any problems. Breakfast was ok, for a cold breakfast, I don't like going outside to smoke a cigarette.

Awesome staff and facility. I have been going there on and off for 3 months and every time my stay is perfect. Convenient to SF and multiple eating establishments. Manager knew my name from my first visit. Rates are the best in the city i think.
