It is very good and very beautiful. It should be the best hotel in Veracruz. The swimming pool is very good and the hotel has its own beach🏖, with delicate sand. The breakfast buffet is also very good and very rich, with fresh fruit.

5 star service and prime location near everything. Breakfast Buffett is really good and staff is amazing. Parking is free and hotel is safe. Had a couples massage and wow it was great & super relaxing. Definitely staying here again when I come back to town.

Hotel bien ubicado, desayuno bufet aceptable, buena atención por parte de las personas de recepción y de los encargados del desayuno.

The bedrooms and bed clothes are very comfortable in the hotel. Something that called my attention was cleaning. Constantly trap the floors of the hotel. People in general are friendly and the restaurant's food is quite good. Unfortunately there are no strong boxes in the rooms or served, which if it affected because there is no place to store cold drinks in a place that is usually warm.

This hotel is only about 15 minutes from the airport, ( cab ride is 260 pesos) and it is near everything nice, the beach, the Andamar Mall, restaurants, and shopping galore. We had a really nice view of the city and the ”malecon” from the 7th floor. our room was neat, clean, and spacious. I can still smell the clean linen sheets. Beds were big and comfortable, I slept like a rock !!! This hotel is connected with the Holiday Inn next door which is a burnt orange color. You can use their pool and facilities while wearing a plastic bracelet up until 9 pm. The breakfasts in the morning are delectable and best of all-included!!!! Great Mexican choices like chilaquiles, black beans,and lots of ”picante” sauces,mi amigo !!! The staff at the front desk always has someone who can speak English, and they are so helpful with any advice or tourist info. They got a taxi for us in less than 5 minutes for our return trip to the airport. Most of all, we felt safe and well taken care of. We would surely return.

El hotel es poco higiénico, las alfombras de los pasillos están tan sucias que da asco, en la habitación encontramos botanas que nosotros no consumimos, el baño se inunda, las toallas rotas, las sobrecamas roidas. En los elevadores no funciona el sensor de las puertas y te aplastan, hay ventanas que dan hacia los techos contiguos, mucho cuidado con los niños, no los dejen sólos. El personal apático, no soluciona nada (excepto el botones fue muy amable). Te piden depósito al llegar, por si te robas algo o haces destrozos, lo que habla del empresario mezquino, ya que en ningún otro hotel hay prácticas tan arcaicas. Las áreas comunes no están climatizadas. En el desayuno te dan lo que quieren con un pésimo servicio, aunque en la página te ofrecen el desayuno incluido, cuando te confirman sólo respetan 2 desayunos y los demás te los cobran. Los alimentos que te sobran, te los dan en una bolsa de plástico. En fin, una amarga experiencia, por eso prefiero los hoteles de las cadenas conocidas que abundan en la zona. No malgasten su dinero.
