Ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll *überhaupt kein deutsch sprechendes Personal , genervter unfreundlicher junger Mann *keine bezogenen Bettdecken, Decken voller Flecken/ widerlich *parken im Hinterhof möglich, zwischen Mülltonnen *der Teppich /Treppenaufgang löst sich und ist voller Flecken* Im Zimmer alte Pizza und Pasta im Kleiderschrank vom Vorgänger *Zimmer rochen muffig, alt *Duschvorhang einfach nur ekelhaft (Siehe Foto) *Schimmel im Badfenster (siehe Foto) *Tapete Löst sich von der Wand (siehe Foto) *incl Frühstück gebucht- kein Kaffee und keine Brötchen, nur Fertigwurst, und ein paar Äpfel *tel. Rücksprache mit nicht deutsch sprechendem Chef Zitat: gibt kein Geld zurück! Ich verzichte sehr gerne, allein um mit diesen Menschen keinen Kontakt mehr haben zu müssen! Unfreundlich! Uneinsichtig! Respektlos! Werde dieses Hotel wo immer es geht, mit der niedrigsten Punktzahl bewerten!! Niemals wieder! Wirklich widerlich und ekelhaft!

We enjoyed the Indian food here. It makes us feel like home. Staff is very polite. Overall experience is very good. We enjoyed some local food like Gool gappe , Sev papdi and other foods which we cannot expect in nearby areas here. Dining Area is very well balanced and clean. Thankyou Citymax for such good food.

It is a wonderful hotel for stay, hospitality was great , special thanks to Adil, ashish, angeli, in city cafe, sheena,Alexa, in sizzling wok, princess in brew house, Management were supportive and cooperative, I enjoyed the stay and recommend it to anyone
