However, there was a paint smell when I first checked in, and it still couldn't be dissipated after opening the window, which was a bit disappointing. However, I went to the front desk and they quickly replaced it with a good attitude. The breakfast category is average."

"We were positively surprised by this hotel. The breakfast buffet is small, but better than few 4 stars I have been at. The personal was extremely friendly. Making breakfast was really pleasing. The reception was very friendly, they gave us a useful tip to avoid a big group between 8 and 9 at breakfast. We booked for 4, we ate in 5, no problem. Ibis style is now in our preferred list."

"I really liked the hotel. You can check in using the machine or at the front desk. All the staff I encountered were very polite and helpful. The room was clean, large, and comfortable. I liked the bed; it had air conditioning and the shower was good too. My room was at the back, with a window facing the parking lot, and I didn't hear any noise. I walked from the central station, but it's possible to get off at a nearby station. There's construction in front of the hotel right now, and it's a bit uncomfortable to walk on the street there, but the hotel has no control over this, and it's temporary. I highly recommend this hotel, not only for its value but also for its overall quality."

"We stayed at this hotel from November 25th to 30th, 2024. The hotel has a pleasant location, although it's not close to the city center. The facilities are modern, and the room was acceptable, although the bathroom had an outdated design. Breakfast was adequate. The problems started on the day of our arrival. We arrived around 6:00 PM, and the room we were given was freezing cold. It was very cold, and we couldn't get it warm, despite turning the air conditioning to maximum, until the next day. We were quite cold at night (there were only thin duvets to cover us), to the point that my wife had to put her coat over it to sleep. The bathroom had a radiator that barely heated anything, and our first impression of the hotel was not good. The first two days they cleaned our room and changed the sheets and towels, but the next two days they didn't. After the first day without cleaning or changing the sheets or towels, I went down to reception and complained. They apologized and attributed it to a mistake on the signs left on the door. I left the "Do Not Disturb" sign until we left at 11 a.m., and they must have thought it was "Don't clean my room." They gave us some towels and didn't clean the room. Everyone makes mistakes, and it should be forgiven, but the next day, before leaving the hotel, I went to reception to make sure they cleaned the room. The receptionist took note and apologized for what had happened the night before. When we arrived that evening, the room was uncleaned again, the beds unmade, and the towels were piled up on the bathroom floor. I went back down to reception to complain and ask for a solution. The only solution they offered was four hand towels (not even bath towels), an apology, and a free drink. I told them that I would pay for drinks when I wanted them, and besides, I was too angry and tired to drink anything. They said they called management and that the manager would consider a partial refund for the room, given that the service wasn't as agreed. They asked for my name and credit card number. There has been no refund, no apology, nothing at all. This is the first time I've experienced something so unpleasant in a hotel that's supposed to be four-star and priced according to the services they're supposed to provide. I feel cheated, and the lack of response from the hotel management to such a terrible situation is striking. Obviously, I won't be returning to that hotel or any other in the chain. If they can't even manage the daily cleaning of the rooms, they should go into a different business."
