Bogor Regency Hotels with Swimming Pools

This is not the first time we stay in this hotel and we always loves to stay in Pesona Alam. The room is okay (a bit small) and I personally think that they need to do some minor renovation to the room. The breakfast is great (lots of variety which we love). However, the check out time took forever. The staff were very slow. They charged 300 thousand rupiah for teh deposit and when they returned the money the staff said that they don't have small changes of 20 thousand. And it also happens to the person before me (and maybe after me as well). Suggestion to the hotel: prepare small changes if you charge deposit! We stayed in Pesona Alam but we visited the newer hotel next to it (Botanica Sanctuary). We tried their afternoon tea and we love it! View wise, Personal Alam has better mountain view. Overall, we enjoy our stay here.

Best luxury family hotel in Bogor-Puncak Area... having staycation in Pulman Vimala is a great experience. Kids are happy. So many facilities and events inside the hotel. Disable friendly, family friendly... All the staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and many varieties. The mad cow steak is two thumbs up. Luxury means no ”mendang mending”. Overall is very worth it at all. Suggestion: Need more, clearer, easier to understand the way for visitor especially for the first time and common visitor. Signs and maps or maybe tv monitor or inter-phone in every floors, intersections and facilities. Need more extention canopy along the way to prevent hard rain and windy rain enter the corridor in every floor. It is very slipppery and dangerous for children and elderly when they are slipped.

Everythings is good, but still the same as before last year at Panda Hotel, cleanliness need to improve. #Friendly & courteous hotel staff. #Easy check-in & check-out. #Many recreational facilities & activities at hotel area, some are paid (mini train, horse ride, elephant ride, etc). #Kanoopi, wood-fire pizza. #De'Savanna, good place for dinner & breakfast. Overall a very nice staying experience at the hotel. Service and amenities was very nice with high quality toiletries. Food is good but some are quite bland, a bit more salt and spices would be nice. But definitely will stay here again given the chance

The service was great from the entrance, Security was guide and explain properly. Fo team was good attitude and clearly explain the room. Pak Andi, HK team and FB team was superb.... they surprise my son birth day during our in room dinner. Really memorable stay at leuweung geledegan eco... Its beyond our expectation...overall experience was amazing and so much fun. Staying in the caravan was very comfort and romantic, would love to comback again The surrounding was like living in the elves village just like rivendell from lord of the rings. The comfort was blend perfectfully with the forest nature The animal riding such as pony and camel brings lots of fun and experiences for the kids

nature hotel near by puncak. i was stay here last year and very happy! the staff name Alva help me a lot to stay here even im booked sudden but he give me room with pool view, and the hotel have facilities like a zoo (ada kandang ayam&burung) very amazing service! make us not bored during stay here. will come back soon!

Good place, good location. Not too far away from exit tol gadog, large area. Nice people's/ staff. Really recomended resort who find a place to escape and relaxe. They have a glamping unit also, which is so beautiful..anyway thank you for all the jsi team, especially mrs. Defi as receptionist for the hospitality service.
