Location is perfect because it is opposite the Tianmen Mountain Cableway entrance. Got upgraded to a family room and the room is specious and big for 3 of us. Hotel comes with laundry and dryer machine which you can use for free. Front desk staff were helpful in guiding us on how to go about hiking our attraction. The only bad thing is the soundproof is not too good. Our room did not face the main street but we could hear all the tour buses Horning in the morning at 7am. Overall, I would still recommend this place.

Convenient location, very near to cableway which makes it very preferable to stay at this place. Worth the price, and really helpful staff. It is situated at walking distance from the cableway so when you return back from tianmen mountain, it is very helpful and relaxing to have your hotel just next to the cableway station. And restaurants are very nearby, walkable distance for everything. Also, very close to 72 storey building.

Very good customer service. Hotel is clean. Staff is all good and helpful overall. They can advise and help us plan/buy tickets online, booked Didi for you if you need or help to order Food Delivery. Breakfast is standard Chinese food. Ok for us even eat the same things for 3 days! Location wise is really near East Gate. We walk 2 ways for first day when visit National Park. Cross over the small river. This area is more to tourist, so don’t buy any fruits nearby from those hawker cos pricey. We walk all the way the food streets. Ok to stroll around. Massage next to Hotel is normal. Not that I looking for.

This hotel is very near to the East Gate of the Wulingyuan National Park. Walking distance by/along the river side takes only 10 mins or less. You may see the locals doing their laundry by the river. Hotel staffs are helpful & friendy. There even care to share the informations of how going about within National Park. The room view is good facing the river side & not so noisy. Room is super spacious & beds too. Morning breakfast is buffet style & food is nice! I definitely will come back to stay again!

We are a family from Indonesia, a family of five people. We stayed in 2 rooms for two nights. The location was near TIAN SHAN MEN (Heavenly Gate) Cable way station in Zhangjiajie downtown. About 800-900m, a walking distance. If you prefer riding a taxi/Didi, the fare was about CNY 10 or less. The hotel was very clean, modern, well maintained. We felt like it was a new hotel. The front desk reception staffs were very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the FREE pick up service from /and to the Zhangjiajie West station. The breakfast package was also very good. Good job QIAN hotel. LUAR BIASA!

Really great hotel! It’s a little bit difficult to find by yourself, because to enter die hotel you have to go through a store that looks like a travel agency, go to the elevator and press “13”. It’s a little bit confusing if you can’t read Chinese signs but the staff of the agency was really helpful and I was able to find it. The hotel room itself is really great, new design and very clean, it has everything that you can imagine. The hotel is right behind the railway station for Tianmen mountain, so it is a perfect location for visiting it. The friendly staff of the hotel even prepared some little gifts for me (it was mooncake festival time). If I will ever come back to Zhangjiajie, I will definitely book again! 😊

I picked the best hotel to spend a night in Furong Town! It was perfectly located in the center of the Ancient Town, so it was easy to walk everywhere. The room was cozy and had everything I needed. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with a fabulous view of the river. The owners are incredibly friendly and communicated with me through WeChat to answer any questions I had about the city. They provided a schedule of events, map, etc. They also arranged a taxi for me to the train station and gave me a kind gift at checkout. I felt very safe and welcomed as a solo traveler. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay!

In conclusion, it was a very nice hotel. The hotel is very clean and you can do laundry. And most importantly, the Housekeeper（xiohai） was extremely helpful. I did not speak Chinese, but the hotel staff helped me book tickets to Tianmenshan on my behalf and showed me how to see the sights. The hotel also called me a free cab from the hotel to Tianmenshan, which I consider the best place to go to Tianmenshan. Tianmenshan is a very nice place and worth visiting at least once in your lifetime. I recently stayed at this amazing hotel that made my experience with my newborn truly special. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, helping me with my luggage and even offering to help with any extra requests. The facilities were clean and comfortable, making it easy for us to settle in with our little one. The hotel also had a lovely atmosphere, which made our stay relaxing. The city view is impeccable! I was particularly impressed by how accommodating they were, allowing us to enjoy our time without any stress. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to any new parents looking for a friendly and supportive environment. They truly made our stay memorable!

Great location! About 2-3 mins walk from Wuyi Square Metro exit 7. There are plenty of restaurants, malls, and in close walking proximity to the famous locations including the store that sells those oversized snacks. The hotel offers breakfast which is 6.5/10. The reception is on the 7th floor and I got a room on the 14th floor, fairly large and comfortable. There were a few things that could use repair and deep cleaning but was okay for the price and considering the location. Overall, recommend and would stay there if I ever visit Changsha again.

We loved our stay at Eryatou Inn. The staff at the facility, especially 蔡蔡 （Tsai Tsai), are very welcoming and open to help you with any questions/concerns you have with your stay. Tsai Tsai went above and beyond - she helped us ship out a box, watched our belongings, taught us how to order waimai (take outs), and helped us order our train tickets to our next stop. The inn is at an excellent location - only 5min walk from the park East gate. Right outside the inn, there is a small night market, with lots of other restaurants/stalls and massage spots in the vicinity. Also, there’s no need to fret prior to the trip, because the ladies at the inn are ready to show you upon your arrival the best routes for the park. They have discounted prices for the park, Grand Canyon, Baofeng Lake, etc. Really wished we had known this prior to the trip!!! Will definitely miss this friendly spot and highly highly highly recommend to everyone for their stay at Wulingyuan!

We loved our stay here! Location: Couldn't be more perfect - walking distance from all the areas we wanted to be in, with tonnes of great food and drink options (street food, restaurants etc) right at the doorstep, same with convenience stores and everything else you'd need. The subway is also a very short walk away, as well as several malls. Room: Room was very good - really well kitted out (including a very good hair dryer which my girlfriend said was worth mentioning), clean, and well decorated. Lots of useful tech / extra touches that elevated the stay. It was slightly on the smaller side, so not a huge amount of storage space for clothes, but this wasn't a problem for our shorter stay. The room includes a projector which has a lot of films included (including in english) which was a nice touch. Service: The service was amazing! The front desk staff don't speak english but we used our phones to translate, so communication was no problem. Xiao Hao, Pei Pei, and Xiao Mei were great - and we were always met with a smile. There's a concierge service which means you can reach the team on WeChat at any time - and they were incredibly responsive and helpful each time I asked for recommendations or had specific questions. Facilities: Decent.well decorated, modern communal areas, the breakfast has a good spread (western / chinese), free laundry and dryers. The gym is tiny and quite barren however.

We had an excellent stay at Ramada. Elegant decor, clean facilities and shops and multiple food options abound, even late into the night. What really stood out for us was the excellent service from Ms Yoyo 肖友. My daughter had bought a number of stuffs from taobao for delivery to the hotel but the couriers delivered them to the deposit boxes instead. Upon hearing this, Yoyo went out of her way to help us pick them up and packed them in a big bag for us, even after her office hours. Even during her off days, Yoyo sent us suggestions on where to visit and eat in Changsha, which were really helpful. I traveled a lot for work and stayed mostly at international hotels. It iis rare to come across a hotel and staffs like Yoyo who make sure its guests have a wonderful stay in their cities! Thanks!

Very modern and upscale hotel that is in a superb location adjacent to the Changsha high speed rail hotel. Breakfast buffet was also conveniently included in our stay, which was perfect for catching an early morning high speed rail. There is a laundry room that you can use yourself or you can pay a cleaning staff member to do your laundry. The main downside for us was that our room had a bit of a cigarette smell despite requesting a non-smoking room.

I chose this hotel because it is a 15 minute walk south of Changsha South Railway station. Check in was efficient, and the environment was lively because there is a KTV club in the same building (but on the hotel floors I couldn't hear any noise from downstairs). The elevators smelt smokey as a result of all the people coming to party. The breakfast was fine, nothing remarkable. If I had to arrive late and catch an early train again, I would stay in this hotel one more time .

Amazing hotel, it’s really new with a very clean rooms and good breakfast. But be careful , some rooms are bad smell with cigarettes , you need to check it! I think that staff must forbid to smoke in the rooms and give fines to the people who obey it!

Hotel staff is located in a premium estate. A minute walk to the subway and a few minutes walk to the major shopping district. The hotel staff is very professional and serves you well. Rooms are clean and hygienic, towels are safe to use, and the toilet bowl is clean. Although you are paying a higher cost for the hotel, the views and stay is very pleasant

The location of this hotel is way too convenient, just come out from exit 1 from wuyi station. But it’s located in the fifth floor, u need to wait for the elevator to get in and out of the hotel. I found out that this hotel do provide slippers and toothbrush for children! How sweet it is. The only bad thing is that the washing and drying machine is working not so good. I cant dry my clothes using the dryer. The laundry machine should be improved

I took a long time researching and almost booked 2 other Instagram popular Minsu only to cancel and take this one instead. I am glad I did because this Minsu has the best view in whole of Furong Town! Many people make the mistake of wanting to stay right and close by the waterfall but the beauty of Furong Town is the wide landscape view of its ancient grounds and gorgeous waterfalls. As such, a view from a certain distance will be the most ideal and the most perfect. We simply love this accommodation! This Minsu is located by the entrance of the Furong Ancient Town. As you start your exploration into the town, you will be taken along multiple paths that will eventually lead you to the waterfall, as you walk through the trail and enjoy the waterfalls. Continue down and hike up into the cliff side steps until you see signages that point towards an exit. You will see some structures that is half built- walk up and then walk straight out and a left turn and you find yourself right back at the Minsu! The location is simply brillant ! We stayed in the 2 bedder suite and had such a wonderful time in the room enjoying the comfortable beds and the great view, we found ourselves lounging indoors most of the time only venturing for a bit outside when the weather was cooler. We will definitely recommend anyone to come and stay in this Minsu. Be sure to also have your dinner there , the food is good and views even better! You will not regret! The Minsu provides to and fro from the railway station , please add them in WeChat and arrange! They are very friendly !

I visited Fenghuang Ancient Town with my father and cousin again. The service was good, there was a shuttle service, and gifts were given when we returned home. The boss introduced the appearance of Fenghuang and the travel photos, which made my father very happy. The homestay is located downstream of the ancient town, and it takes about half an hour to walk along the Tuojiang River to the main scenic area of ​​the ancient town. The room is fully equipped, with a washing machine and a water dispenser. It would be even better if the towels and bath towels could be changed to disposable ones. The room is very spacious, with two floors and two large beds. It's just that the sound of walking on the wooden stairs at night is particularly loud, which is barely acceptable.

I choose this hotel based on previous reviews and they couldn’t have been more precise! I think this hotel is #1 if you want to have THE BEST view of waterfall (book on Floor 3 or 4) The staff was amazing picked us up and dropped us off to and from the train station and helped us with our bags. Breakfast was just as explained hard boiled eggs and a local bread. I’m a coffee drinker but I guess it’s not a thing here in China so don’t expect your morning coffee with bacon eggs and toast. I’m a picky eater had I known I would have brought snacks to enjoy the view of the fall from my room (it was amazing) room SUPER CLEAN! All staff SUPER NICE and they try to communicate through WeChat or translate. I would defiantly stay here again!

This must be praised! This hotel is beyond expectation in both hardware and software. All the waiters are considerate and meticulous. They are obviously specially trained, which reflects the high management level of the hotel. In addition, the hotel is in a good location, by the Tuojiang River between Yunqiao and Wuqiao. You can choose to stroll freely or take the hotel's free shuttle to Hongqiao for a stroll. Anyway, the hotel has already designed various plans for us. Here I must praise the girl on the second floor. She led us to the garage and helped with the luggage, and helped with the guide. She answered all questions and introduced a very good girl who patiently took us around the ancient city. At night, I walked from Xueqiao to Wuqiao to see the night view and just returned to the hotel. It was perfect! I must stay here for a few days if I have the chance in the future!

Great service! I arrive pass midnight and I was lost in the city and they went to find me to bring me at the hotel! Also 小艳 Was the receptionist during the day and she was incredible nice to me, very helpful and give me a lot of recommendations! Also you can leave the luggage at the hotel and ask for a late check out! Fully recommended ! And the view from my room was amazing. I will come back for sure!

I would rate this place 11 out of 5 if I could. For starters the location is great with road access and just right beside the main entrance to the scenic area. The old traditional guesthouse style is so beautiful it make you feel you're living in a movie. Even with a nice fish pond and great views to Furong Valley. But the best part is the adorable staff always arranging to your needs and helping with a smile, chatting while serving you their great tea. Cherry on top is the amazing breakfast so handmade and tasteful in this charming atmosphere. As I said 11/5 👌

Good location. Staffs are very nice especially a lady who wear eyeglass, she take very good care of us even she cannot speak English but she tried to translate and explain everything. We stay on 4th floor, a room is very clean and comfortable to stay. I can sleep very tight even no air conditioning but the weather is cold. I recommend to book for this hotel.

The hotel is very clean. The reception by Xiaoxue at the front desk was great 👍🏻, like a spring breeze. The price for traveling during the National Day holiday is very, very reasonable, and great value for money. The room also comes with disposable towels. This price is for such a large room. Next time I bring friends to Fenghuang, I will stay in this hotel. The room also has an electronic fireplace, which helps with sleep at night and is very warm. The hotel is very quiet. The balcony rooms can directly see the night view of the river. It is the first choice for travel!

The room was really nice. There is everything you need and the forniture was beautiful. They gave us free breakfast and drove us to the train station with their private car.
