Bad attention, they don't clean the rooms, they mistreat the guests, they don't put toilet paper in the rooms when it runs out and the worst and serious thing is that they also want to charge you the entire account when you have already paid. The staff almost hit me just for saying it. One with blue eyes from general services told the taxi driver who was taking me to the airport to mistreat me. And the very kind taxi driver told me. The location next to corferias is excellent for going to events in this place, it is also in an area close to the north and south in Bogota, the modern hotel, comfortable rooms although the double bed is quite small; Very comfortable spaces, impeccable bathroom and breakfast is good to start the day. After arriving from an event at Corferias we checked in at 9:30 p.m., the area is a bit lonely and dark although there are shops across the street. If you arrive dressed in a traditional or comfortable way (clothes not necessarily brand name, jeans, sweater, comfortable shoes) and with an attitude of gratitude and humility (which is what we always want to highlight and try), they serve with a little indifference. So much so that they supposedly gave us room 403 and to our surprise it was already occupied, we wrote to reception and they sent us to 407. ROOM: 3/10 Small: perhaps because of checking in at night or because of our wardrobe and attitude Humble, they gave us the smallest and worst located room in the hotel. The hotel is very clean, has good service, is very well located near 26th Street, corferias, embassy and many other important places. The price includes breakfast but that is its weakness. It is scarce, the people in charge come in during breakfast with the bread, eggs, etc. because they run out, it doesn't look good. This is a very well located hotel next to Corferias. Relatively close to the embassy and area. I would say half an hour walking (very close to Bogotá). I did that hike several times. The place is well cleaned and excellent service. The price is quite fair for what it offers. I didn't think that the breakfast offered doesn't allow you if you want to consume a little more of something. They would charge you separately. It would be my only suggestion. The attention was unbeatable. I wrote that the hotel does not offer a breakfast buffet because it does not fit my definition of a buffet.
