The first picture is the city street view taken from the window of the hotel, and the second picture is a basic layout of the indoor room. The front desk of the hotel is very warm and thoughtful, and the only flaw is that they only have one waiter, who speaks English relatively slippery. They DO NOT HAVE ANY ROOM UPGRADE program, that is a false publicity. They told me that the bottle of wine ( gift) represent the only upgrade that they have. I upgraded my room but I had to pay 100,000 pesos for the second night.. those rooms were available and empty upon my arrival. I’m very disappointed with the premium VIP program. I tried to contact *******, but I couldn’t find any phone number.

Este hotel es para huir. O más bien el restaurante, cuyo servicio es catastrófico. Aunque solo había 2 mesas ocupadas en el restaurante, esperamos los platos durante más de 1/2 hora. ¡Cuando llegaron, faltaban 2, olvidados por el servidor durante el pedido! Esperamos, de nuevo, más de 20 minutos. Dos personas terminaron de comer, otros dos aún no tenían su plato. Nulo, totalmente nulo. Prohibido.

The hotel rooms are nice and clean. Staff friendly but few speak English. So be prepared to use Google translate. Service in the restaurant is very slow and somewhat unprofessional due to training I’m sure. The young staff seemed overwhelmed by simple requests. The language barrier was the issue I’m sure. Breakfast was included and only fair. I generally found the food in Bogota to be bland with no seasoning. The location is ok, a few shop and restaurants around the area. Wasn’t comfortable walking alone at night so I ate early and it was completely fine. My room was super cute and the bed was comfy. Mais service after the first day kept forgetting to restock my coffee and tea, I had to chase her down. Mini bar is expensive so go across the street for snacks and water

The hotel is two streets away from a nice area (starting at Calle 93), the location is convenient, but quite dodgy. The breakfast is pretty average, low quality bread and cold cuts. Bed and pillows are very comfy, nice bathroom and room in general. Staff is really nice.
