El hotel es confortable de 3 estrellas. La temperatura interna de la habitación es moderadamente ni fría ni caliente por lo que no tiene aire acondicionado ni ventiladores. Piso totalmente alfombrado con un hermoso baño, con agua caliente. Refrigeración y caja de seguridad. El wifi un poco lento. El restaurante es sencillo, estilo bufete, con un solo menú para todos.

La Verdad, engaña las fotos de las habitaciones, no merece una buena puntuación, habitaciones con alfombra de mala calidad y sucias, la recepción muy regular, las zonas comunes sucias.la nevera de la habitación estropeada, mucho ruido del exterior y el desayuno muy pobre y sobre todo poco de donde escoger, la verdad no VOLVERE A ESTE HOTEL Y MENOS CON MI FAMILIA. No merece las 3 estrellas.

Reservamos 3 Odontologos por *********** para asistir a un curso internacional . Al llegar nos damos cuenta de las falencias del hotel. Estaba bastante helado. No había secador de pelo, tampoco la disposición para solucionar la necesidad. No hubo posibilidad de devolución y simplemente preferimos perder lo cancelado. El restaurante sin ventanas y la alimentación muy discreta. Almorzamos ahí 2 días. Las habitaciones sin calefacción y la decoración bastante particular. Sistema de ventilación o extracción de olores discreto. La Srta del restaurante muy gentil para atendernos, lo mejor del hotel …. Además nos ayudaba en el salón del 6 piso con mucha gentileza. Afortunadamente, al frente un hotel excelente y una muy pequeña diferencia de precio .

Mis compañeros de trabajo nos hospedarnos en el hotel para un evento en corferias. Llegamos temprano y no pudimos hacer Check in, pero decidimos desayunar en el restaurante del hotel. Entramos y dejamos los bolsos en la mesa mientras ibamos a servirnos al bufet. Al regresar noto que mi bolso no está. Y que hay una segunda entrada al fondo del restaurante del hotel. Cuando pregunté por cámaras, me dijeron que no funcionaban, y además que el hotel tenía 3 entradas y solo 1 estaba vigilada. Los ladrones entraron por una puerta adicional sin vigilancia, robaron mi bolso y salieron por otra que daba a un restaurante externo. El hotel no tomo ningúna acción al respecto, aunque tenían grabaciones de los ladrones entrando y saliendo del hotel por las cámaras externas.
