The hotel was under renovation when I stayed there, so the reception was a bit small. The most satisfying thing was probably the breakfast, which was very rich. Every day there was beef potato soup or chicken potato soup, with a lot of meat and good soup. If you squeeze a little lemon juice into it, you won't feel sick at all.

The service is excellent...Karla, Santiago and Natalia always greeted us with a smile and their service was always beyond what we expect. They made us feel at home and very welcome here. I have stayed in many hotels and their service is the best. Sofia and Cristien on the night staff were amazing as well... The staff definitely sets the Marriott W Bogota apart and I would strongly recommend a stay here for that reason

Welcome surprise. Normally stay at JW when in Bogota Colombia. However. Marriott el dorado is of similar outstanding quality and services. Esteban and the staff in the executive lounge are awesome. Highly recommend Hotel El dorado and will stay there for my next time in Bogota.

La estadía en Marriott, ha sido muy buena! Siempre que vamos a Bogotá tenemos una estadía placentera. Su housekeeping es muy bueno, una felicitación a Manuel que acomodó todo a la perfección, hasta a nuestros pequeños Hugos. El vip lounge tiene un servicio muy bueno al mando de Esteban, sin duda alguna mucha amabilidad y la comida super buena! Esperamos volver pronto!

Excellent lounge on the tenth floor for Bonvoy Platinum and above members. Food is never the same, almost as good quality as the restaurants downstairs. I now eat dinner there regularly on every trip. Esteban is an outstanding bar manger and always provides excellent service in the lounge.
