Wouldn’t recommend anyone from the USA. Checked in, headed to the room. It was small cozy. I liked the walk in-shower.
Room was still warm. I then went down to see if they have any rooms with ac, but they did not have any rooms with central air. I gave up my room key and couldn’t stay there. It was too hot.
I was not refunded or anything.
I asked to cancel my reservation. Receptionist was no help or was concerned.
I would not recommend this hotel. They were also remodeling the floor they placed me in…
They did not refund me or contact me back to resolve my issue.

Rooms are dirty, old, and noisy. Staff is very slow and don't care when you ask for basic stuff like towels, toilet paper, a second key. Won't be coming back ever.

Buen hotel para el viajero de negocios. Bien ubicado con muchas opciones para comer y tiendas cercanas. El restaurante tiene un buen menú.
Por mejorar: no ofrece cafetera en la habitación, aire acondicionado goteaba (cuarto 608), almohadas planas y cama dura. Mucho ruido de la calle aunque la habitación no esté de ese lado.

The second night of my staying i arrived at 3 am after a party, and my card didn't open the door. They changed the card, brought a machine to open it. Nothing worked. They end up sending me to another room, with no toothbrush, night products or clothes. When i woke up they told me the door was fixed, but they didn't offer to reimburse the night, ot pay for my taxi to the airport, or dinner, or a f***ing snack, or any product or service. All they say was "do you want us to bring breakfast upstarts?". BTW breakfast was included. Not returning. Not recomending it. Also, their towels are too old.

Everything was good but can still improve. No having a gym is BIG disadvantage, the rooms don't have AC nor coffee maker as previously had it. Everything else is fine, mostly the service and its people were very friendly and attentive.
