Very nice hotel, with very friendly staff and a really good breakfast. WiFi was terrible and the hotel is in need of upgrades. Got stuck in the elevator that didn’t want to open the doors…..

The staff at breakfast worked efficiently and gave me a good impression. However, there were not many menu items.
I stayed for 3 consecutive nights, and when I came back after 4pm, I had requested the doorknob to clean the room, but it was still being cleaned.

The Hotel is well located, the rooms are spacious, however the cleaning service is poor as well as the reception, who do not record the requests made by the guests, causing inconvenience and inconvenience, which meant we were left without being able to use the sauna and even worse without breakfast the morning of our check out. The hotel receptionists are not very friendly, they lack empathy, they do the minimum possible to make your stay pleasant.

No hot water. Not one day. Not even for a part of the day. There have been sporadic trickles of tepid water at different times of each day. Shaving face with cold water is awful. Enjoy your stay!
