Front desk associates are extremely cold with the guest, even though the rest of the personnel are very friendly.
With so many options in the area, this will be my first and last time in this hotel.

Super bien ubicado a 1 cuadra del hermoso parque de la 93 donde se encuentran al rededor muchos restaurantes y cafes deliciosos,muy bonito,comodo y excelentes anfitriones durante los 8 dias que estuvimos hospedados,un desayuno exquisito y muy completo Juan Carlos nos atendio de diario en el desayuno super educado y amable,asi como los de recepcion.El personal de limpieza super atento a nuestras peticiones de habitacion,camas muy confortables,en general un 10 en todo muchas gracias por sus atenciones,claro que volveremos a hospedarnos!

Stay was good. But I strongly suggest the hotel to consider either A) allowing guests to control the AC temperature in the rooms or B) Install heaters in-room. The rooms are freezing to the point it is unbearable! The weather in Bogota requires rooms with heaters. Wouldn’t stay again due to the uncomfortable room temperature.

El hotel tiene quizas el peor diseño de baño que he visto para un hotel, que mas parece un motel por horas. El baño no tiene puertas y desde la cama se puede ver la ducha, lavabo, etc. Sólo el servicio higiénico tiene puerta que no se cierra completamente sino que es corrediza, por lo que loa olores se salen a la habitación. La ducha es una tina que esta rodeada de vidrios que dan a la cama.
El personal es muy amable y la ubicación excelente.
La decoración de la habitación y el hotel es extremadamente sencilla pero está en buenas condiciones.
