Check in and staff was atentive and up to standard for a property like this , although it don't compensate for some of the things in the room , like short in towels & the fire pit inside the room didnt had any wood.
Service is there but cant be used .
I was cheking in and out for 1 day . Overall a good experience but details are KEY when doing luxury rentals.
Only a recommendation, most likely will return .

It has been a nice experience, since we arrived they welcomed us very kind and cordial, always attentive to our questions and needs, the room was very comfortable, clean, spacious, very bright, in short... 5 friends decided to travel to this beautiful country and the truth is We were happy and pleased with the choice of the hotel

The pool was closed half of the time. The break wasn't that good, horribly prices for taxis and consumption.

This is the second time I stay at the hotel for a month's stay. The first time was in July 2023. The location of the hotel is excellent, the staff, from the reception level, chambermaids, dining room, guards, all always with a smile, courteous and providing warm service. The hotel gives a homey and warm feeling which is very important. The rooms are always pleasant and the food is plentiful. Thanks to the hotel staff who made our stay at the hotel for a whole month feel like home. There is no doubt that if we return to Bogotá you are our hotel! Keep your existing team, because they are truly amazing Thank you!

Everything was perfect. The staff is very friendly. The room is very comfortable. They were always attentive to satisfy any need. The location is ideal for moving to the different tourist places of Bogotá. Excellent price-quality ratio.
