Minha experiência neste hotel foi excepcionalmente positiva, destacando-se por sua localização perfeita em frente a uma praça tranquila e a um quarteirão do Shopping Andino, cercado pelos melhores restaurantes e lojas da cidade. O café da manhã simples, mas delicioso, e o atendimento atencioso das funcionárias, juntamente com quartos e instalações limpas, garantiram uma estadia confortável.
Benefícios como estacionamento gratuito acrescentam valor à hospedagem. No entanto, seria benéfico melhorar o sistema de exaustão na cozinha para evitar que o cheiro de comida se espalhe, e aprimorar a velocidade da internet.
Conclusão: Com sua localização excelente e serviços de qualidade, este hotel é altamente recomendável. Apesar de pequenos ajustes serem necessários, certamente planejo retornar, confiando em uma experiência ainda mais aprimorada.

Do not stay at this hotel if you don’t speak English and want proper customer service. The receptionist are downright rude and yell at you for not speaking in Spanish and will continue to talk to you in Spanish even if you try to translate and communicate with them with an app. Read your receipt carefully as well as they will add additional charges already paid. All these with a very bad customer service personal and other unprofessional gestures in between. The room is okay but appliances need update as they are in their last leg. Management - at least hire one person who is bilingual that can be reached by phone. The best part of the hotel is its breakfast along with an amazing service. Caring and hospitable people greeting you in the morning. If they change the front desk personal, upgrade old appliances and towels, the hotel has a potential to be great.
