The room is big. The building looks old from the outside. The sanitation is good. The service is good. There are supermarkets and restaurants around. There are 3 elevators. The breakfast is quite rich, with juice, bread, yogurt, and several kinds of fruits, including watermelon, papaya, pineapple, and cantaloupe.

Hotel was well located in Usaque and within walking distance of good restaurants and clean but definitely past its best days. Lobby generally dark, rooms old and worn out, lift system as well. Okay for one night if you are passing through. I would not choose this hotel for longer. In addition, the WiFi should be more reliable. It's out of date if this doesn't work properly.

Unacceptable!
There was no water available in the room. We arrived at night and no place to get a bottle of water in the hotel. We went to reception but their response was very dismissive. Overall, a place with big potential but falling short in getting the little details right.

Keep in mind that it is a hotel for sleeping only, not for spending the day. It does not have comforts or amenities such as an iron (we requested but they were not available for guests either), they also have a hair dryer. The hotel does not have air conditioning so you have to open the windows and although the temperature is pleasant with the sound of cars on the street it can be difficult to sleep. Other than that the service was very good from the staff, breakfast too and a very safe area to walk. Restaurants within a 15-minute walk

Room was comfortable and we enjoyed the closeness to Usaquen and Hacienda Santa Barbara. Location is easy to get in and out and parking is very convenient.
Brakfast choices were limted but food was good.

The property was good for the price. Even though ******* advertised free breakfast (one reason i took the hotel) we had to pay for breakfast at the property as they said it wasnt included in the rate. It wasnt that expensive, i iust thought it was very inconvenient and falsely advertized on *******.The property itself is convenient but outdated. The shower head just sprated water all over. The rooms were cold. There was no way of adjusting the temperature so walk long PJ's. The rooms are caprnet so if you dont like this dont book.It also felt weird under my feet so i wore slippers in the room. Its an affordable hotel if you're on a budget.
The restaurant food is also really good and the staff is polite and nice.
