Excelente estadía y ubicado en una zona muy céntrica de la ciudad de Bogotá. El trato de parte de todo el staff fue muy amable y personalizado. Destacamos el excelente servicio de parte de Ronald, la señora que cocina, y Carolina en el front desk!

The staff was very friendly, housekeeping was great. Walls are paper thin and noise in the adjoining rooms and hallway were a problem. Refrigerator and microwave weren't working upon arrival. Maintenance came to fix them and afterwards we stored food in the refrigerator but had to throw it all away after discovering the refrigerator wasn't fixed at all. Half the lighting in the room didn't work and after an attempt by maintenance to fix it, never got resolved during our stay.

Hotel limpio, ubicado en un buen sector y cerca de muchos centros comerciales, restaurantes y parques. Personal muy amable y servicial. Desayuno tipo bufete y con alimentos muy colombianos (Lo que alegra el corazón y el estómago cuando se vive en el extranjero). Gracias

Friendly check in, rooms big and clean. Location is a 40 minute journey from central Bogota so be prepared to get a taxi. Some good restaurants close by however. Couple of issues: you pay for a room then you have to pay for coffee and tea - bit irritating. Should be included in the room price. No coffee maker in our room - asked for 3 days to get one. Customer service needs to be improved.

Excelente hotel, ubicado en una zona muy bonita, cerca de un centro comercial muy atractivo llamado "Andino". Las habitaciones son muy amplias, con una sección de sala, escritorio para poner la laptop, servibar y una pantalla de televición muy grande.

Fantástica habitación y fantástico servicio de desayunos y de recepción. Si tuviese que poner una peguilla, el ruido que hace el extractor cuando enciendes la luz del baño. Tendría que haber dos opciones de luz al entrar, con o sin ventilador ya que cuando te levantas antes que tu pareja el ruido molesta. Repetiríamos sin lugar a dudas por todo lo dicho, además de la ubicación y la relación precio calidad altísima.
