Nos gustó mucho la atención tan amable del personal pero en el especial del señor que busca en el aeropuerto fue muy amable nos ayudó con las maletas y nos recomendó buenos lugares para conocer Bogotá el hotel me gustó mucho y fue muy cómodo lo recomiendo

Me gustó mucho el personal, las camas, el desayuno (aunque algunos de mi familia decían que había lo mismo cada día), la ubicación. Lo que no me gustó era que no había vasos para beber agua sólo había una taza, no había mesas ni sillas y en la habitación triple. Y en la habitación doble no había comedor.

Acogedor hotel, personal atento, servicial, amable y dispuesto a orientar y servir en el buen estar. El Hotel brindo un guardaequipaje mientras entregaban la habitación, y el servicio pagado al aeropuerto, agil y pronto. El desayuno muy aceptable y bien servido con ocasión de repetir. Las instalaciones limpias, comodas. La ubicación, en lo adecuado de poder desplaz**** a puntos al centro casco urbano y los centros comerciales cercanos. La seguridad del lugar aceptable por estar cerca de avenida El Dorado. Sistema de pago bien ya que aceptan tarjeta. Se recomienda y volveria a retornar.

La habitación, el servicio y el personal del hotel hicieron que mi experiencia fuera muy positiva, el hotel cuenta con una ubicación estratégica que a mi forma de ver y moverme por Bogotá tiene todo lo que necesito. cuenta con ascensor, rutas de transporte publico cerca y sobre todo, alberga todo lo necesario para estar cómodo.

Un cuarto amplio, todo muy limpio, con ventana pequeña. Un desayuno con muchas frutas y cereales, muchos panes y quesos. A unos pasos de la estación recinto ferial que te mueve al aeropuerto o al centro de la ciudad. Muy seguro y mucha amabilidad en el staf.
