Well I have the same problem as the previous times, I am not notified of the tax that the law says they charge and when I confront the law it says something different, this time I just asked for a receipt for the tax that they charge and that makes no sense Since I was not there for more than 60 consecutive days but they continue to charge it, please review this, it is an unfavorable image for the trip page and for the hotel. The location is good and it's a nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants around the hotel. Unfortunately not all the staff is nice and helpful but most of them are. Breakfast is average. Hotel maintenance is really poor. We had a very bad experience with the toilets, TV never worked in one of our rooms. Curtains/blackouts in bad condition. Body towels are old. I tried to talk to any hotel management staff member for 3 days but it was impossible.
