The hotel is nice, but I would not come back because in Bogotá are many other options that are better for the same price.

I had my wedding there and they did an amazing job with arranging it while in contact with my new wife. However, for whatever ever reason trying to contact them by phone, text, or email was very frustrating because it ultimately ended up that my new wife had to go to the property in person to get any kind of information and results.

Sin dudas el mejor hotel de la cadena, tanto por su personal como por su comodidad, es un deleite su carta y el carisma de su Chef que esta siempre pendiente de los huéspedes. La ubicación del hotel es preferencial y muy segura. Sin dudas es el que elijo como favorito para cuando estoy en Bogotá. Gracias a todo el personal.

NH Royal Teleport is a treasure. The service is perfect. My suite had a large table to work on and to accommodate meetings and two bathrooms. It is close to two shopping centers and a highway for easier movement during hours of traffic. Maybe the room service could have more variety, but the hotels is close to wonderful restaurants.

I spend a lot of time here. Convenient location and great team. But nothing makes me more happier than one of Gloria’s Cappuccino’s in the morning! She is the best! Sometimes it’s the small things that make the difference.
