Great Location but Needs Improvement in Cleanliness and Service
Our recent stay at Cora 127 was highlighted by its excellent location, convenient parking, reliable security, and pleasant surroundings. However, we experienced issues with cleanliness and service that need attention. The rooms were not as clean as expected, and the staff was inconsistent with replacing towels. The absence of on-site maintenance staff led us to endure cold showers due to a faulty water heater, and no alternative room with hot water was provided.
The room's mattresses were uncomfortable and outdated, affecting our sleep quality. We were offered access to a shower in a room under maintenance, but it too lacked towels. After persistent requests, we were finally given a new room, but it was a one-bedroom instead of the two-bedroom we booked, and again, it had no towels.
In conclusion, while Cora 127's location is a strong point, improvements in cleanliness and guest services are essential. We suggest implementing a more efficient system, ensuring staff attentiveness, and addressing current shortcomings.

The building is beautiful, and while you can sleep in the bed, the rooms are designed like its 1985, and so are fixtures and such.
The towel in the room was a hand towel and cleaning isn't done on Sundays (which I wasn't made aware of).
I asked reception to give me an early wake up call, they said they don't do that. I ended up asking the neighboring hotel (same complex) and they did.

No service at all; no one explained that they don’t clean on Sundays, there is no breakfast, no hairdryer, no coffee machine, old stained bathroom carpets, old dark furniture, administered by a leasing ofc which is only available during business hours and when asked for help they said to read the fine print in the website so no service commitment what so ever; second day they said there was breakfast and got us to order it thru room service and charged us afterwards…

Muy buena experiencia, muy bien ubicado y las habitaciones muy amplias. El desayuno es muy puntual y lo suben a la habitación. En general me pareció muy buena alternativa ya que los hoteles tienen una sola habitación mientras que acá es un apto pequeño con 2 habitación 2 baños, cocina y sala comedor

Era la seconda volta che andavo, sicuramente è da migliorare la comunicazione e sarebbe utile che più persone alla reception conoscessero l'inglese. Avevamo prenotato il trasporto da aeroporto che non è mai arrivato. Nell'insieme il mio giudizio è buono, tornerei e lo consiglierei.
