Great hotel and staff and it’s amenities. When I was checking in trip.com customer service really helped me. Reception staff of the hotel I notice was surprised to see a man of color staying at the hotel.

The hotel is a historic gem, it is very well maintained. It's really a charming place to stay. The area is full of restaurants, so at night, you can stay near your hotel. Also, it is between the old city, and the more modern part of town, so it is in the middle of everything. We loved it.

It’s a great hotel, great service and staff. The rooms are also very good. And comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel. The location is nice with a lot of good restaurants around the hotel. Nice place to stay in Bogota. Someone recommended it to us and we thought it was a good recommendation.

Nada que envidiar los mejores hoteles del mundo. Desde mi llegada todos me trataron por mi nombre, los servicios extras eran rápidos. La cama es como dormir en una nube, la ambientación única y un frigo Bar fuera de serie.
