The worst service because despite having made a reservation, they did not respect them, they were not paid before because there was no option to pay it, if we had the option we would have done it, and they did not provide us with a solution, and all the options we gave were obtained. negative, in addition to that they were not empathetic with us taking into account that we arrived from another city and we did not know each other, we also perceived a mocking attitude all the time from the person who attended us. I don't recommend it at all.

Unfortunately I made the reservation through the platform and when I was at the terminal I called for the respective arrival and they notified me that the reservation did appear but the hotel was full. Therefore, I was left adrift looking for a hotel.

The experience was horrible, when we arrived despite having made the reservation through this means and they confirmed that if we were scheduled, they would not give us our room because they were full and they wanted to send us to another hotel with the same owner where they canceled our transportation. But we had to pay for the rest. Because we already had this hotel scheduled, our entire itinerary was in its surroundings and this option did not work for us, so we had to go out and look for another hotel. The worst thing is that this situation was experienced by other guests since when they got there they were all told the same thing. I think it's a shame that they allow reservations at the hotel and then when the guest arrives they say no, there are no rooms and send us somewhere else.

Excellent benefit-cost ratio. Central and safe area. Friendly and collaborative staff. Small but clean facilities and in good condition. A good place for temporary stays.
