They had no room for me and excused the rain flooded. I was set up by them to another facility the other hotel was dirty and bad conditions.

You posted a picture of a single room with a window for a certain price. Yet no window. I booked this because of the photo you had with the description of the room. If i had known that the room didnt have a window, was a closet that was 200 degrees i wouodnt have come here. I want my money back or book me a room somehwere else that isnt 200 degrees with no wondow.

La ubicación es muy buena por la cercanía al aeropuerto.
El personal fue muy atento y servicial.
Agua caliente no hubo... y dicen que después de un rato sale pero nada. Al rato se fue el agua. Demás que por el desperdicio de la gente esperando que salga el agua caliente.
Dice que traslado al aeropuerto pero no es algo incluido. En realidad llaman un taxi.
El desayuno es rico porque lo hacen en el momento.
