Everything was horrible, bad service and bad treatment from the staff, I will never book here again in my life.

The breakfast was really delicious. It was the only hotel meal I had in Bogota that had boiled eggs. The environment was also very good, and it was like a suite.

The room is really big. You can order breakfast according to the type of eggs you like. Public transportation nearby is also very convenient. If you want to eat out, there are bakeries, pizza shops, coffee shops and other options nearby.

The suite is huge, cost-effective, and the breakfast is good.

Friendly and professional staff, nice sauna there. I had a business partner visit me for a meeting which would go until late but guests are only allowed until 10pm, which was a bit inconvenient so I decided to checkout the same night and we went to his place.

It was a very good experience: the hotel staff and accommodations were great!. Specially Alejandro at breakfast every morning. The food selection and flavor were very good. I’ll definitely be back!

The stay was ok. There were some issues with the shower and the tub was not very clean.

A superb hotel in Bogotá with wonderful staff and superior service. The suite I stayed in was very comfortable with great WiFi service. The staff was super friendly, helpful and always attentive to any requests.

The hotel is located close to the mall and the area is nice to walk around. The rooms are hot during the night they don’t have AC. The hotel doesn’t have to many personal in the kitchen so don’t expect to have you food fast or good. The front try to charge me food from the restaurant that it was pay in advance and told me they did not have any record of the payment. Always try to make sure everything is clear before checking out and have prove of all payments.

All the personnel were ready to help me all tge time. Excellent service. I liked the breakfast, lots of variety and good food.
