Reservé hotel por intermedio de la plataforma Hopper, pagando por dicha plataforma el servicio de hospedaje. No obstante, la administración del hotel desconocía dicho procedimiento y proceso, incluso no conocían que su hotel estaba ofertado por dicha plataforma. En razón a ello, comenzaron una acción de cobro contra el huésped, cuando quedó demostrado que si se pagó por el servicio. En conclusión, al área de marketing y finanzas de la administración no saben cómo cobrar los servicios que ofrecen a través de plataformas, y en consecuencia requieren al huesped para aclarar su vulnerabilidad y desconocimiento administrativo y de gestión hotelero.

Fallas permanentes en sistema hidroneumático producen bajas en presión del agua fría en la ducha con consecuentes quemadas con el agua caliente 🔥. Muy peligroso ⚠️. He ido a este hotel durante muchos años, me he quejado sin resultados. Tendré que llegar a otro hotel.

La atención por parte de todo el personal excelente!!! La ubicación la mejor!!! El aseo me encantó, desde que llegas huele a limpio en la habitación… es un lugar recomendado y más con el precio. Es un hotel pequeño pero cómodo y útil para estadía corta

I always stay at Scala 68 because it´s close to my son´s house. Problem: When you´re taking a bath (shower) the cold water´s pressure suddendly and for a few seconds goes DOWN so you get only HOT water thus burning yourself. Please have the hotel check the hydro-pneumatic system (it keeps equal water pressure throughout the building).
