Attention aux photos trompeuses. Les chambres Deluxe présentées avec les boiseries et briquettes ne sont pas celles louées. Soit disant Expédia et Booking auraient mélangé les photos... le petit déjeuner inclus ne permet pas d'avoir ni fruit, ni jus d'orange. Il faut payer un supplément. Bel bâtisse, bien placée mais c'est un peu l'arnaque aux touristes...

No descansas ni respetan los acuerdos. No vayan a perder su dinero. Contraté una habitación por dos noches con desayuno incluido y no es como la de la foto. Avisé que salía en la madrugada, me ofrecieron mi desayuno para llevar y no lo pusieron, las habitaciones están sucias sábana con manchas, tienen ruidos a las 2am de las tuberías y no resuelven para compensar y solucionar este conflicto. Hôtel bien placé et agréable dans l’ensemble.
En revanche accueil catastrophique. Nous sommes arrivés à minuit après notre long vol. La personne de l’accueil ne parlait pas un mot d’anglais et nous n’arrivions pas à nous faire comprendre. Il a voulu nous faire payer le soir même alors que nous avions déjà payé mais surtout il nous a donné une chambre ne correspondant pas du tout à notre réservation. Elle était propre certaine, mais sans fenêtre et salle de bain. Ce n’était pas du tout ce que nous avions réservé. Nous avons contester mais rien à faire. Accueil très désagréable !

Really nice experience overall, for a hostel. The building is spacious, with nice decor and a tasty restaurant/bar. It’s a great location: fun & colorful neighborhood, in easy walking distance to lots of interesting sites and activities. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. Our only complaint was that we we on the ground floor and there was a lot of noise from the floor above. That aside, we we would definitely stay here again.

A nice place to stay in the centre of candellaria. Beautifull building with a good restaurant and bar. A pool table adds a nice touch. Friendly staff. The only thing I didn't like was, the bed in our balkony room was very uncompfortable. But other than that, it was a great stay!

Selina is responsible for the destruction of my laundry (worth over €400) and will not help, resolve or offer a solution in any way or form. The manager will not reach out to us and does not want to speak to us while we repeatedly asked for contact. After finding out that my laundry was stained with unknown stains, even bleach, and has shrunk several sizes I went to the desk to find a solution. They would contact the laundry service and they would come to the hostel in the morning. After waiting more than an hour the next day nobody showed up. After much complaining to Selina, the boss of the laundry service finally showed up in the evening. Basically denying everything and repeating the same thing over and over again. We tried to resolve this issue for more than 1,5 hours. Selina did not help at all, telling us we needed to fix it with the laundry service boss (who was denying everything in front of them so they knew nothing was going to happen). This is unacceptable from one of the biggest hostels in the world and I would like to see a solution asap. It's not my responsibility to talk to the laundry service, I gave my laundry to Selina so they can find a solution with them. They are both responsible for this destruction. The receptionist just sat there. Did nothing but huff and puff. He was chatting with the manager so she knew what was going on, the laundry guy even asked the receptionist what the manager said. So we were just being ignored and treated as trash.
