The room is big, the bathroom is big, the view outside the window is great, the breakfast is good, there are many Chinese people living here, it should be a good choice...

We loved this hotel experience and even got to go back a second time during our time in Colombia. The hotel is up to date and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are friendly (Chris the bell hop is very caring) and polite. You can tell they take pride in ensuring your comfort. Service is quick either maintenance or in room dining. The nails salon is outdated and not what you would expect from the hotel, we did manicures and pedicures but the ladies were super nice and caring. The breakfast buffet is busy after 9am and hard to get served by wait staff...best to go around 7:30am-8am for the best experience. We booked transport through the hotel to go Ziper and was quoted 171,000 pesos or $44 usd, when we got back to the hotel the driver charged us $69usd because of the 3 hours ($24,000 pesos per extra hour) extra that we were stuck in traffic. Your best bet is to use Uber to travel around and rappi for food. We were surprised that we had to purchase swim caps for the pool which was mandatory. All in all I would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was good super good food buffet style, the staff maximum , purge pulp, Recommendation , have tourist suggestions to places to visit x the tourists.where are the recreation places,where you can buy.ect

The surrounding environment of the hotel is good, suitable for business trips, there are special business negotiations, many restaurants around, the best choice next time!

This hotel and staff were the most kind, courteous, helpful, clean and family oriented - I mean they make you feel like family! I have spent many nights in hotels because of my line of business in real estate and I have NEVER loved a hotel experience like my ten days at this hotel. I never write reviews, good or bad. You cannot go wrong here. Tourists will understand when I say that feeling safe is a must, especially in another country. In the room there was a personalized safe to keep your valuables secure and the staff NEVER enter your room unless directed by guests. The rooms are spotless and fresh smelling, the staff is the hardest working, going beyond with every request - completely and always. This hotel was also the cleanest and best stocked with any amenity needed. My partner and I enjoyed the sanitized saunas, jacuzzis and gym - permitting us to create special long lasting memories! Come to Bogota and stay at this hotel; you will thank me. ＜3 We hope to stay here again, very soon. Excellent location near the airport the Dorado, room and cleaning perfect, delicious breakfast buffet type, offers transfer service to the airport. close to shopping centres and other interesting sites.

Some of the staff was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, other staff was quite rude. For example, when I asked the gentleman at the front desk to copy my vaccine cards, he practically snatched them out of my hands without saying a word. After handing me my copies, he began to walk away while my cards were still sitting in the copy machine. I politely asked for ”mis tarjetas, por favor.” He walked back over, still silent, and I said simply, ”Esos son importantes.” He chuckled under his breath but still said nothing as he handed the cards back. It was as if he simply had no interest in bothering with them unless I asked. Then, after I paid for the copies, he went to look for my change (1,000 pesos). He then told me in an irritated tone that they didn't have any change. I simply said, ”No es importante.” Throughout the whole interaction, he acted very rushed and inconvenienced, as if I was imposing on him, and he never offered the slightest apology for forgetting my vaccine cards or not having any change. (They were not busy at the time; there were two people working behind the counter and no other guests in line. At least the other fellow was professional, unlike his colleague.) I'm aware that my Spanish is still at an intermediate level; however, if you're going to work in the hotel industry (down the street from the airport, in a capital city, no less), the least you could do is show some courtesy to your guests. (We don't have to speak Spanish to pick up on your passive aggressiveness.) Also, when I arrived there were no towels in the room. It took three requests over about 35-40 minutes to get some. Everyone I talked to seemed very professional and intent on taking care of it, but somehow no one delivered until the third attempt. It was surprising, actually, because the room was immaculate and perfectly made up, except for having no towels of any kind. I enjoyed my dinner a lot, and the lady who waited on me was gracious and patient when conversing with me in Spanish. The restaurant took a few minutes to find, as there are two buildings, each with their own lobby, and the fellow at reception who checked me in didn't mention anything about the restaurant.

Hotel located between Bogota and Cota in the heart of a large industrial area and the facts are indicated for those who travel to Bogota for work and not for tourism because because of traffic it is very challenging in terms of time to reach the center. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, and is very comfortable and comfortable. The hotel is a little noisy and for this, I advise the high floors. I was the second floor and asked to be moved to the 5th floor. There is nothing in the area but a small shop and to move it is compulsory to use taxis that are not always easy to get.

Good quality hotel for the price. The customer service people were very nice, and can speak some English. The rooms are spacious, with fridge, snack bar, free bottle of water, and really love how comfy the bed is. The location is also great, there is a grocery store, and some nice restaurants just next to it.

This company promises cleaning services once per week. However, the managers at this site are not intersted at all in making this promise come to pass. I spoke with the dierctor, but she lied and did not want to solve the situation. I asked for customer service information and her response was that she will not renew my contract. She also lied about the services and schedule; it was very disapointing to speak with a manager with such attitudes so I decided just to leave. I tried contacting customer service but that same dierctor is the one that replies to emails. There are many great places in Chia for 1/2 the price. I found one that even has finger print tec for 1/2 price at a great location. While the building is nice, the management team lacks customer service knowledge, and basic human ethics. The reception staff is wonderful though.
