This is potentially a great place but when I was there there was only 1/3rd water in the pool (guess for repairs or something, people were vague about it) Of course this can happen, but both hotel and Trip.com should mention this on the website. So, you can book this hotel, but check about the pool. Also just try to rent a place next to the beach at Dumaluan for example. The staff is friendly. But I have the feeling that the manager is a bit lazy about the place. The toaster broke and next day it still was not replaced. First world problems, I know, but still.. Wifi is good, but not 100% reliable for important online meetings. For that you can go to Loom coworking on the main island.

The staffs were friendly and helpful. There are things missing like the TV, Bidet in the bathroom. The bathroom overflows with water and gets a lil bit messy. The breakfast is great and the pool. The room is big. Also the only cons there is no phone when you need something you need to go down every time and inform the front desk. A completely insect-infested hotel! There were insects everywhere, including in the room, either flying insects or ants. We had to change rooms after just a few days, and they were still full of insects! The hygiene was also worrying. My skin was itchy and had rashes during the few days I stayed there. It was a particularly bad accommodation experience!

This is a Chinese-owned hotel. All services are very good. The environment and decoration are all new. We traveled all the way to the Philippines. Our 12-year-old brother always needs to pay extra, but they don't charge any extra fees. The bed and room are big enough. The breakfast is also very good.
