Very new and clean facilities, location is slightly far from the main area but hotel provides free shuttle buses to & fro Jiuzhaigou. Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. Free laundry which was great. Everything was orange-themed from fruits, sweets, drinks, soap, toothpaste, shower gel.

Fantastic hotel. Located near the main Jiuzhaigou attraction entrance. Hotel provides free return shuttle to the attraction entrance and back. Breakfast spread is decent. Rooms are new and service is immaculate. 非常棒！

quite clean hotel, nice breakfast and have free shuttle. but the shuttle is crowded and have to be early! plus point would be the laundry service

Nice hotel, excellent staff members at the reception. They are very helpfull. They helped us booking tickets for the parc and organised a driver for whole day. The room is good, the beds and shower perfect. Breakfast is nice. The cleaning lady should be more aware of execution tasks in the room. Also public toilet in the lobby should be clean more often.

housekeeping is inconsistent. need improvement. otherwise generally good service by front desk staff and hotel driver. bathroom shower unit need improvements, leaks badly and mirror need to be looked at. may fall off

Very nice and newly opened hotel, equipped with smart feature via voice control for light, tv, curtain etc. The hotel staff is nice and friendly. The foc laundry is a plus.

I brought my 60+ year old mother to Jiuzhaigou for a trip during the Mid-Autumn Festival. Although the hotel is not located at the entrance of the valley, it is quieter than the all-season hotel at the entrance of the valley and not noisy at night. The room has voice control throughout the house, powerful air conditioning, gym and laundry room, all of which are standard features of Orange. The breakfast has a good variety of products, and the supermarket prices are not expensive. There is a special car to pick us up in the morning to go to the scenic area, which is very convenient. I still want to stay here when I come back in late autumn.

The room is nice, the service is very good, the scenic area pick-up service provided by the hotel is very considerate. After arriving at the hotel in the evening, for convenience, I tried the restaurant's stir-fry, which was very delicious. Considering the appetite of two people, they also provided suggestions. The hotel staff are very friendly and will answer any questions attentively.

Although it is a bit far from the entrance of the scenic spot (10 minutes by car), the hotel will arrange a special car to pick you up (from 7:30-9 am and 4-6 pm), so you don't have to worry about going back and forth. The room is close to the mountain and very quiet. There are occasionally small mosquitoes, but the hotel has electric mosquito coils. The buffet breakfast has a lot of categories, and it is served quickly even if there is a tour group! There is a small shop at the entrance of the hotel, and emergency cloaks can be bought. The best thing is that there are washing machines and dryers, and the space is clean and hygienic. You just need to go early, otherwise you will have to queue up (there are also plastic bags and laundry detergent!) It was about 5 am the next day when we had to check out. The front desk lady heard that we didn't make an appointment for breakfast the night before, and immediately brought us small bread and milk. The location, hygiene, and service are all very good, and the price is slightly higher, which is acceptable. I will stay at Orange Hotel next time I go to Jiuzhaigou.

It is my first time to stay at the Orange Hotel in Huazhu. It feels good. The hotel has relatively new facilities and the hygiene is not bad. I like the orange scented care set provided by the hotel. The laundry room is a bit small. Currently there are only two machines that need to be queued. There is a small smart control in the room without plugging in. Mizoguchi is relatively quiet at night, and there are many scenic spot pick-ups available in the morning and evening. Ctrip express trains will stop at the door on the way out, but the driver will drive more wildly, and the fare fluctuates greatly. For the return trip, I chose Jiu Brigade, but it is far from the official Jiu Brigade bus pick-up point. It’s a little further than 900m, but the buses on the Ninth Brigade are newer and have fewer seats for code verification, so they are more spacious.

A family of three went to Jiuzhaigou and stayed at Orange. The room was not soundproof, but everything else was satisfactory. The location was good, and there was a car to pick us up in the morning and evening. We had a yak hotpot at the restaurant next door. The taste was not something we were used to, but the service was very good. I give a thumbs up to the staff who served us that day. We will come again to the beautiful Jiuzhaigou!

The hotel facilities are very new, the environment is very clean, and the front desk service is very considerate. Although it is a few kilometers away from the gate of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, the hotel has a special car to pick up the scenic area in the morning, which is no different from staying at the entrance of the gorge. The yak pot and stir-fried dishes in the hotel restaurant are also delicious, large in quantity and affordable, and well received! Jiuzhaigou has beautiful scenery. I will choose this orange again when I come to Jiuzhaigou in the future.
