The hotel staff is very rude and impolite. The attitude is really annoying. The hotel is just so so, it is convenient, but it feels like it is getting worse. The room is okay.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Spartanburg SC I assumed that Priceline stood behind their vetted properties NOT SO!! The room was FILTHY and the bathroom sink did not drain the toilet seat was skewed and did not sit to the base so one had to sit to the side to use the commode , the towels were damp and it was unclear if they were washed, the carpet had not been vacuumed the tub mat was torn and stained the tiles in the bathroom were stained and rust was everywhere!! There was no vacancies and no place for us to change to and PRICELINE only told us if the property owners refunded us could we get any money back at all --as Compensation PRICELINE offered us 15% this is a travesty--wanted either a full refund or a voucher I will NEVER USE PRICELINE again EVER!! they have customer no service.

This place is old and I still come here because their beds are good, there is coffee all night long and it is convenient for me to right off the highway for traveling. TV large and staff members are very friendly.

After staying in 3 previous Comfort Inns on our road trip, This is a big disappointment. The room has an odor the rug is worn out (chunks missing) and the attitude at the front desk was definitely lacking. Toilet leaks and I'm not sure how clean the room is. Hotel definitely needs an overhaul

Lady when I checked in at 4am was miserable and wouldn’t talk to me! Room was filthy…ice machine alone should have you shut down! Breakfast staff was very nice.
