"TERRIBLE!!! i came here for my cousins graduation, just needed a place to stay for a few hours as we traveled… however I was woken up by my cousin to hear bed bugs were crawling on my pillow and I woke up with a red mark on my face. The employee on duty at time would not give a refund, a managers name or number, and would not let us talk to him ourselves as she had a conversation with him. She fabricated the story and we eventually were told “if” they find bugs after inspecting they will give us a refund, despite the video proof we already have"
