The hotel is of good quality, very clean, not noisy, has a sixth floor, and is in a good location. The rooms are clean and tidy, and there are many types of breakfast. It is very convenient for parking and accommodation during a business trip.

Friendly staff, comfy bed, clean and well-maintained. Enjoyed the hot and tasty breakfast, fresh-baked cookies in the afternoon/evenings, and the decent gym. Assistant GM Willie was outstanding, as was the rest of the staff, including Bethany, Cameron Caleb, and Juanita. Would definitely stay again!

Placed in an unclean room. And by unclean I mean covers just pulled up. Bed disheveled. Upon further exploration, to be sure it was not cleaned, discovered giant hairball in drain of bathroom and empty shampoo containers on ground of shower. Yep. True. And yep. GROSS!! NEVER EVER AGAIN FOR THIS CHAIN!! Asked for refund which I got and we left immediately.

Nicest place we stayed at in our way back to Canada from Florida. Updated, clean, very comfortable.
The only negative was the breakfast. Way too much salt !!! Please tone it down!!

Room was clean although the “nooks and crannies” could use some help. The breakfast was eh- a big latte cappuccino machine with like 10 options was available but only decaf coffee in a carafe and no hot tea available. They were out. Really? Front desk people were great. Needed a key reprogrammed , no problem.
