The hotel location and rooms are good, but due to internal circumstances at the hotel, we had to wait about 45 minutes to check in. Check-in time is 3:00, but it is very disappointing that check-in starts after 3:45 because there is a delay in checking whether the room has been cleaned, making several customers wait.

The hotel is very new but the soundproofing is very poor. When you speak downstairs, you feel like you are standing next to you. You can speak clearly and distinctly in the room next to you. It’s terrible. Why are American hotels in such a situation now? ? ! !

After we checked in at 3pm we went out to dinner. We arrived back and our keycard did not work. We received a new key and found that some other person had entered our room and left a mess despite our luggage being in the room and our toiletries out in the bathroom. The desk attendant said “some one at the desk must have entered our room # and made a new key for another guest by mistake. We felt totally violated and injured.
