The lighting was amazing and set an amazing ambiance. Downstairs each morning was self-serve coffee and grab and go muffins. I would 100% stay here again."

"VERY BAD! 1.I had booked a single room, but they give me a twin-bed room. I gave the feekback, but they don't change to me! The room was very narrow. 2. The manager and the clerk were VERY VERY Rude! Too terrible! Oh my god, I had nevery saw the service like that. BAD! 3.The room and tower were so dirrty, they will not do the housekeeping."

"The sparrow was an amazing place to stay, there is a unique common area to play games or get work done in and also it is attached to a cool coffee shop. Ayla was absolutely incredible. Giving that it is downtown I was unfortunately woken up a couple times early in the morning due to a car alarm going off, but that was more so just what you get being downtown and not reflecting of the hotel itself which was wonderful. Hope to stay there again my next time in Boise."
