Not a bad place to stay at! Love that they have a little homey set up. The only complaint I have is the pet fee online was not an accurate amount and I ended up spending way more for my pet then I expected too. I am glad that they except pets but the pet fee....way more then some other places charge.

The bathrooms do not have lotion so I was told at the front desk that it would be brought to the room which is fine. A woman brought it and my elderly father answered the door. When he thanked her, she said nothing, gave him a glare, turned on her heel and strode off. He wasn’t even the guest making the request so it was a bit sad.

I love the layout of the rooms, but someone had turned off the heat and it was 9° outside and took three hours to warm the room to something that was close to comfortable.

This is our first time staying at this hotel, while visiting family. I was surprised at the value for what you get! A king sized room with separate living room, an almost- full sized kitchen (full size fridge, dishwasher, two stoves, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker), just not oven. It was great! The hot tub and pool were open 24 hours which is a huge plus. The pool was on the colder side— ok for the kids but not for me! Haha. The breakfast was actually pretty good. We will likely stay here again!
