The hotel location and rooms are good, but due to internal circumstances at the hotel, we had to wait about 45 minutes to check in. Check-in time is 3:00, but it is very disappointing that check-in starts after 3:45 because there is a delay in checking whether the room has been cleaned, making several customers wait.

The hotel is very new but the soundproofing is very poor. When you speak downstairs, you feel like you are standing next to you. You can speak clearly and distinctly in the room next to you. It’s terrible. Why are American hotels in such a situation now? ? ! !

Alway’s an amazing stay at this location in Boise. We always book here if rooms are available. Very comfortable, great atmosphere and the staff is always friendly.

Even though this has "airport" in the name of the hotel listing, it wasn't that convenient for the airport. The carpets in our room were very stained. When we mentioned the problem while checking out we were brushed off, not even an apology was given. The breakfast was not very tasty, but the hotel attendant working in the breakfast area was very helpful and kept everything clean and stocked.

The facility was really nice - clean, comfortable and good service. Nice breakfast too - the only negative was it was a bit noisy at night. This may have been due to a large wedding party was there have fun so no fault of the facility but noise from room to room seemed to carry easily

The hotel advertises complete accessibility, but the lifts for both the pool and hot tub don’t work and the staff knew nothing about them or how to address the problem. we’ve found this same problem at other Comfort Inns. Otherwise, our room was very good and well equipped for ADA access.
