The hotel is in a good location, there is a sushi restaurant nearby. Breakfast is rich and parking is convenient. The overall feeling is high value for money. The room facilities are also complete, suitable for leisure with children.

The front desk staff, specifically Eric S(?), went above and beyond in making my stay more enjoyable. I like snacking on Tropical Skittles (TS) when I stay at this hotel (which is the only place I can seem to find them), which the staff knows (I'm the Skittles guy). One night I went to raid their pantry and noticed they were out so, I teased the front desk staff it, then went back to my room not giving it a second thought. The next night while walking past the front desk I was presented with five (5) packs of TS. I was told that Eric (who was not working at that time) had ordered and shipped them to the hotel specifically for me. It was an offer I couIdn't refuse, so I graciously accepted them. After a night of sleeping on this kind gesture (and eating two packs - PIG), I knew what needed to be done A) Thank Eric in person ( I mean obviously) and B) Return the rest of the TS so that they could be given to other travelers to brighten their day.

This hotel is wonderful. The breakfast is great, the decor is tasteful, the service is excellent, all is well-cared for, the location is absolutely perfect, parking is in an attached parking deck. We happened to pick the perfect hotel for our Boise trip. We had a couple very minor issues with our room and they were immediately and thoroughly addressed. It really does not get any better than this. You can walk to the capitol, Basque block, art museum, history museum, greenbelt, etc, etc. The choice of restaurants within walking distance is incredible, and we particularly recommend The Wylder and Luku Ona. What a great town, and what a great hotel. We were in room 807 and had a nice mountain view. Note that the "mountain" view is mostly town and partly mountain, so don't be disappointed that it is not all mountain view.

The location is ideal. We stayed at this property because of a company party two blocks away. Check in was simple and quick. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

I asked for a late check out, the midnight gal said I could check out at 2pm and the gal during the morning said no that wasn’t possible. Then later, another gal said I could keep my room key until 3pm so I can get my car out of the hotel parking lot. Also if you have a larger car, don’t bother the car spots are extremely small and tight. The rooms are clean, and it’s super close to everything. That’s the only good thing.

Lack of communication the pool was not available Thursday. There is no water but it was scheduled. They should’ve told us that before we booked. No one told us about underground parking fees.
