Super 8 by Wyndham Boise

The room smelled a little musky but the person at the front desk said they had just cleaned the carpets. A couple little things were broken in the room but the shower was good and the bed was super comfy/soft. Slept great! Overall a good experience

It was fine for a short stay. The beds could definitely be better quality.

Good place to stay for flights. Sheets were clean and fresh. Carpets were old and dirty, but I don’t sleep on the carpet. No bed bugs, so what more do I need? Easy and quick access to . Room was quiet and air conditioning worked fine. Will stay again

Motel is next to airport andthere is a free shuttle but the motel charges $10 day to park until return. I didn't expect a charge, especially since there is plenty of room in the lot. Pool area is very unappealing.

Bedding was stained and gross as were the protective covers. Bathtub didn’t drain so there was constantly water in it. We didn’t even shower due to water puddling in the tub. The entire hotel was gross.

BE WARNED HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! Where should I start! the Manager is the rudest most bitter person I have ever dealt with in a hotel stay in my life. WOW! We paid for a week stay. Right off the bat the springs in the bed where sticking up so you could feel them when you lay down. TV didnt work. Called did nothing about it. At the end the manager tried to blame us. Really! We paid for a week in advance and my daughter got locked out one night and they would not allow her to come back in till the next day when the manager was their. No explanation left!!!!!! I called but to no avail! Next morning they called me and as usual the manager started screaming! Unreal! This is the lowest of the lowest customer service I have ever experienced. My daughter stayed 3 days and we paid for a week. She proceeded to scream we are not getting a refund and she kept my daughter deposit. This women does not deserve to be the manager. PLEASE DONT STAY HERE HORRIBLE

The staff were nice and checked us in fine. We didn’t need anything during our stay. The accommodation was not acceptable. We had room 103, which was a handicap accessible unit. The room was dark with single small lamp for lighting. The furniture was old with substantial damage on it. The bedspread was torn in many places like it lost a fight with a rabid cat. The mattress was terrible. Like it was filled with wadded socks. The AC unit ran loudly all night. Overall the hotel is dingy and dark. We won’t be back.

My reservation got canceled somehow and could not be straightened out. While trying to get it fixed through *******, I was kicked off the property. No place to sleep on a rainy night. Walked to Ramada and got a room there. I canceled my reservation for the 19th but they still charged me so now going to have to fight to get that money refunded as well. Will Never book with Super 8 again. Ramada room was NOT clean, and phone in the room didn't work, so on my return trip, I booked with La Quinta. Clean and comfortable.
