La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Boise Towne Square

We were in room 241, mini fridge freezer section had 4 inch of ice all around it making it unusable. Major fight outside our room in the hallway in middle of the night, people yelllimg screaming , doors slamming , went on for over an hour, , requiring the police to be called. Made for a lousy stay.

Devonne the night concierge at the Boise Town Square location was beyond amazing she had respect, integrity, compassion and excellence when it came to her customer service and overall job expectations. I never saw her without a smile. My daughter is a type 1 diabetic and her blood sugar dropped in the middle of the night and she without hesitation went to the kitchen and allowed me to get orange juice without question to bring her blood sugar to a normal range. When I woke up in the morning and went to the lobby she immediately showed real concern and asked how my daughter was. Her kindness and and overall welcoming personality far exceeded anything I could have hoped for. The rest of the staff was friendly enough and I wouldn’t have complained about anyone, but it seemed more like they were doing their due diligence. The world needs more people like Devonne and I am so thankful I was there Saturday night and got to see the good the world still has to offer. The rooms were well kept, there were fingerprints on surfaces and maybe they need a new vacuum, but I can tell an effort was definitely made when preparing the room. They could put more shampoo and conditioner in the room as the bottles are tiny and hard to squeeze out the product. Overall I would recommend staying here and definitely will return as the pool was large, clean indoor and open 24 hours! Rooms were pretty soundproof and breakfast was better than any hotel I have previously visited.

Good: price, location, room size, comfortable bed. Needs improvement: nobody was at front desk to help us check in—long wait, breakfast was cleaned up EARLY so we missed it, closet door was broken, shower needs repair.

We had a great time. The hotel was very accommodating.

Nice pool for kids. Large rooms with three beds for families. Breakfast seems to have downgraded as compared to previous years—only one of three juice machines worked, options were fewer, but still decent. Will stay again if prices do not increase drastically.

Location is convenient, not to far from shopping area, restaurants and even hospitals were close.

Stay was wonderful - very clean, good breakfast and all employees extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

I don't usually bother with reviews, but this is an exception. We enjoyed every aspect of this stay.

Was a quiet easy stay there at the hotel.
