The breakfast was amazing! But the room was a let down. Expected it to be a lot more nice for how much it cost.

Great place to stay right on the river. Nice amenities and the breakfast buffet was included. This is now our go to place to stay when visiting Boise.

The hotel needs to have better service. The check in times were better during Covid. The mandatory 4 pm check in is just crazy. We have always checked in early. I don’t mind not having access to the room till after 4 pm but not check in early really. Plumbing issues I see but that day the maintenance people were very rude and not accommodating. I believe they are feed up with the hotel management in general and to showed.

It’s a great spot, within a short distance to downtown or the mall and freeway. The pool being open year round is super nice and Annie that waits on everyone at the pool couldn’t be nicer! The breakfast setup is legit too; couldn’t be happier with the stays I’ve had at Riverside!

It really depends on what room you are placed in this hotel . I have stayed here more than 30 times . Some stays completely enjoyable and spot on . Other nights I have questioned my choice . This resort allows dogs . Last night sleep was scarce as the guest above us was either deranged all night running around the room, not sure if it had 4 legs or two but it was an exhausting night listening to them . Even at 3 am . For the price you pay to stay here it’s disappointing when you feel like your room is in the ghetto .

They’re horrible thief’s ! Be cautious!! Your items in your room will go missing and end up in the “Maids lost, and found”. Make sure to ask them to check both. Also, whenever they do give you back your items, they might not give you back all the items that went missing. From the room that you were still checked into for the next two days. Also, all of the stuff was still in the room!

One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. The area around the building was so beautiful, I wish I'd had more time to explore.
