The bathroom was dirty. Floor had chip crumbs all over the place. They didn’t even empty out the trash can from the previous person that stayed.

sheets had blood stains, as did the duvet insert and pillow (not pillowcase) pillowcase had been put on a blood stained pillow. As someone who works hotel.. I know this bed was not made properly. The night staff was very helpful and nice on getting me new bed set. However made no note of the incident when I talked to front desk. Overall hotel was nice and location perfect. Breakfast needs to be better quality. Cleaning staff were awesome and friendly. Made us feel very welcome.

First room found hair in the bed, sink and shower. Got a different room and it had food and dental floss on the floor. Will not ever stay there again.

First two nights, was kept up by the noise of younger teens, running and screaming in the hall, two athletic teams and not a chaperone in sight. And Room was obviously thrown together, floors appeared unvacumed and no way bathroom was swept or mopped, although staff was apologetic, no real action was taken in regards to the noise. So paid for two nights, with no sleep. Picked this location based on a previous stay. Apparently it was under different management, it showed, probably wont choose a Hyatt property again. And the used tampon on the bathroom floor spok very loud as to how much attention was paid to detail and value.

Staff was absolutely delightful. Every part of the hotel was extremely clean and smelled great including the pool and gym which by the way were amazing! The location makes it even better! Everything you could possibly need is right there, including places that most people want to visit while in Boise. When I say close, I mean walking distance. It’s easy to find right off the interstate. With that said I had to walk to the gas station very very late by myself and still felt completely safe! As a woman, that’s very important to say. Breakfast was delicious. Not really anything negative to say. Will definitely go back!

Staff was exceptional, very courteous and helpful. We had a sink maintenance issue that was dealt with instantly. Good breakfast selection. The rooms are large and comfortable, do have to watch tight fit in bath/shower room with the door, my SIL cut her toe on that door. Great location for access to the city.
