This hotel is only 2 years old. So, everything is quite new and nice. It is located close to the major mall in Boise, very convenient for shopping and eating around. The lobby and rooms are very clean. For a budget hotel, its breakfast is really good. Staffs are very friendly and willing to help. Will stay again next time.

Advertised as having a hot tub and pool, but only had pool, this is big deal to our family. Front desk staff seemed annoyed that booked through third party. Had incidental charge that was not us, and got corrected, but their explanation seemed questionable. And front desk gave wrong breakfast hours. Lobby bathrooms were pretty messy. Location was fine, but just not up to Marrriot standard we have been used to.

We stayed to visit family in the nearby hospital. It was easy to get to, staff were friendly and it was a comfortable place to stay when we were exhausted from long days.
