We have been going back and fourth from Boise to Seattle as my daughter was attending BSU. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed at! Breakfast spread was amazing! Checkout was noon which was nice to not have to spend so much time at the airport. Very centrally located between the airport and BSU. Staff was very sweet and helpful. Thank you for the great accommodations!

The best part about my experience was the staff. My house flooded and I had to quickly find accommodations for my roommates and me. We are pilots with different schedules, so scheduling individual times for a month duration was complicated. Lizzie and Kori were super accommodating and empathetic about our situation. I booked a week at the Holiday Inn Express by the Boise Airport. But then the insurance adjuster, Andrew Cunningham with Safeco texted me before he left for vacation that he doesn't think the insurance company with cover our accommodations, but would contact me a week later. I wasn't sure what I was going to do about pal yes to sleep for my roommates and me for the rest of the month. Lizzie and Kori were amazingly professional and helpful. They made some suggestions. They clearly care about their guests. If I do find myself at a hotel in my home town, I will definitely stay at the Holiday Inn Express by the Boise Airport.

The hotel was clean inside and out. Liked that check out is at Noon, breakfast was actually nice. Pillows could be a bit harder. Everyone was really nice. The best part was they sent me a email about location, time check in and our and the deposit.. yes the deposit was only $25 no b.s. it was so GREAT they do this.
