Although the managers of the property where accessible and tried to help we eventually moved to a hotel. When we arrived at the residence we liked the look of the unit until we found black mold in the bathroom. My wife is very allergic to black mold so we called the management and they moved us to another unit. It took over two hours to get there due to taxi service being slow. the unit we moved to was well away from the city center and another expensive taxi. It was now after 10:30 pm and I noticed in a corner by the closet the worse mold problem I have ever seen. Being so late we had to spend the night unfortunately. I woke up in the morning and called a different hotel and booked a room. Management wanted to move us to a different unit but 2 out of 2 being moldy I was done and didn’t want to spend my time taking a taxi around Bologna hoping for a better outcome

We contacted to cancel, no reply by phone/email/message or ******* message. ******* also struggled to contact them initially was told that cancellation would be charged although we had 3 weeks to go. I wish I coukd score 0 for cust service.
