Not very big hotel. Friendly and competent staff. Slippers were missing, delivered promptly upon my request. Room in a busy street. However the room not very noisy, good insulation. Enjoy your breakfast.

I absolutely loved my stay in this hotel. The staff was amazing and the service was great. Breakfast was very delicious like everywhere in Italy. The historical city center is just 20-25 min walking. There is additional tourist city tax - €3 per person / day and it should be paid when you leave the hotel.

Es un hotel antiguo, que no está actualizado. En principio todo esta bien. El desayuno es mas que suficiente y está rico. La situación no es mala, esta a 20 minutos andando de la estacion central de trenes de Bolonia y del centro, pero la zona no es la mejor, un poco triste y con muchos restaurantes tipo kebab cerca, pero en ningún momento te sientes inseguro. Todo fue bien hasta que la ultima noche, en el baño nos aparecieron unas bragas que no eran nuestras debajo de un taburete en la esquina del baño. Nosotros estábamos todo el dia fuera viendo ciudades de alrededor, y llegabamos hacia las 22h. y por la mañana no habia nada en el baño. Bajamos a comentarlo a recepción y subió un de los dos que estaba. Para nosotros la sorpresa fue su cara cuando las vió... porque es como si supiera de quien eran o de que iba el tema.... y sin mas... las cogió con guantes, pero con toda la mano, nada de dedos en pinzas, y soltó un I´m So sorry... y se fué.... Imaginad la rayada que tuvimos esa noche, pensando de todo absolutamente... casi ni dormimos. Para nosotros un poco decepción.

Great experience! Both rooms I stayed at were tidy and neat, well-equipped. Almost everything is within walking distance, or can easily be reached by different buses. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The staff is very kind, helpful, flexible and customer-focused, any problems or requests I've had (e.g. checking out and getting a taxi at 3 in the morning) was handled well and solved quickly. A special thank you to receptionist Alessio, who helped me lengthen my stay in the hotel, with incredible kindness and patience.

Propre, silencieux à l'intérieur, super déjeuner inclus, personnel accueillant (on s'est débrouillé en anglais et en français). Les attractions sont à plus d'un kilomètre mais se font à pied, ou transport en commun. Près d'une rue très passante. S'il fait chaud en avril et que le personnel ne part pas la climatisation, il faut ouvrir la fenêtre et accepter le son de la circulation.

Siamo stati in questo albergo per un fine settimana a Bologna pernottamento per una notte con prima colazione. Posizione a circa 30 minuti dal centro a piedi. Camera piccola e poco insonorizzata, va bene per brevi soggiorni senza grosse pretese, camera comunque pulita. Vantaggi: posizione, colazione buona, personale cordiale e operativo per le informazioni/richieste. Colazione per tutti i gusti. Svantaggi: mancanza di parcheggio, bisogna parcheggiare solo a pagamento nelle vicinanze. Camera non molto grande e insonorizzazione. Consiglio questo albergo per brevi soggiorni, prezzo nella media per un capoluogo di regione. Per una notte abbiamo pagato 79,00 composto da 73 EUR per la camera e la prima colazione + 3,00 a testa per la tassa di soggiorno che va pagata a parte. Comunque consigliato se non si hanno grosse pretese.

Sono stato due notti in questo hotel. Camera da ammodernare e molto piccola, c'è giusto lo spazio per passare a fianco al letto. Niente armadio e scrivania triangolare che la rende inutile se si volesse usarla. Il bagno era diviso dalla camera con una porta scorrevole che non si chiudeva del tutto lasciando uno spiraglio di 1-2 cm (quindi diciamo molta poca "intimità"). Niente bidet ma doccino dentro al wc. Le pareti non sono insonorizzate e si sentono tutti i rumori provenienti dalla strada e dalle altre camere vicine. Colazione con macchinette automatiche e prodotti perlopiù confezionati, molto migliorabile. Visto il prezzo pagato (80-90 euro a notte) mi sarei aspettato francamente qualcosa di più. Punti positivi la cordialità del personale, la pulizia e la vicinanza all'ospedale Sant'Orsola, che lo rendono quindi comodo per evenuali visite.

Clean, comfortable room. Very friendly staff and a good breakfast buffet. Good location a short walk from City Centre. Bus stop outside hotel with good service to centre and train station / airport monorail. Would certainly return !
