Great stay! Upon arrival, we were upgraded to the apar**ents. Though you didn't go through the main entrance to the hotel and had to walk around to the side of the building to enter, we did not have a problem with this and loved the spacious modern room. The market outside was going on when we arrived which got set up and torn down each day. We were able to leave our luggage at the front desk after checking out which was very nice as we had to leave early for a tour!

Everything is great. Clean quiet because if double pan windows. Staff professional. Great breakfast
Parking a must if u don’t want u r car to be scratched or keyed like our car got . We left it across the hotel in front of the driving school and found our car key’d .it is not the hotels fault

Siamo stati qui dal 18 al 22 aprile per un congresso. Un'esperienza fantastica, hotel bellissimo. Camera confortevole e letto e cuscini eccezionali. Colazione a buffet fornita di tutto dolce e salato. Un grazie al cameriere egiziano che ci ha accolto sempre con il sorriso e modi gentili. Sicuramente ci torneremo! Antonella P. e Giovanni M.

Soggiorno perfetto, consiglio questo hotel sia per la posizione strategica che per la struttura in sé. Camera tripla spaziosa, qualità del sonno ottima, prima colazione a buffet completa di tutto e, da ultimo ma non per ultimo, staff professionale, gentile e disponibile.

Sono stato accolto in reception da un ragazzo molto cordiale che mi ha aiutato a sistemarmi soddisfando tutte le mie richieste. L’hotel si trova in pieno centro, proprio dietro alla statua di Garibaldi in via indipendenza. La colazione è ottima con buona scelta dolce e salata, la camera è comoda e silenziosa. Un perfetto fine settimana coccolato è riposato per poter visitare al meglio una bellissima città

Ero stata varie volte all'attiguo Tre Vecchi ma questa volta sono "capitata" qui, e onestamente credo mi sia andata meglio anche se ufficialmente questo hotel ha una stella in meno... La posizione è centralissima, a metà di Via Indipendenza, con una bella vista del teatro. Le camere piuttosto pulite - anche se la moquette a terra sarebbe da eliminare ovunque - i letti ampi e comodi e il bagno grande con una doccia gigante. Personale cordiale, colazione discreta anche se servita nella hall dell'albergo quindi in mezzo a passaggio e corrente d'aria. Unico aspetto negativo, se vogliamo trovarlo, è il tremolio del pavimento e dei letti che si percepisce ogni volta che un autobus passa in via Indipendenza, quindi se si è sensibili consiglio di chiedere una camera più interna.

Hotel molto bello situato a due passi dal centro storico e a 10 minuti dalla stazione.La camera famigliare è di buone dimensioni ed il bagno anche se non finestrato è molto bello.La colazione è varia ed abbondante di buona qualità.Ottima l'accoglienza e buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Las habitaciones me parecieron pequeñas y en algunas de ellas era realmente difícil moverse. La gran mayoría no tiene vista alguna. El hotel es bastante céntrico para Bologna y sería una buena base para visitar otros lugares de Toscana y Emilia-Romagna, pero no tienen donde guardar las maletas. Hay que llevarlas al hotel del costado (también de la cadena Zanhotel) donde las colocan en una habitación sin llave y sin mayor criterio de seguridad. Algunos empleados eran muy cordiales, pero otros eran muy maleducados, especialmente en la recepción. Gracias a ellos, el recuerdo del hotel es negativo. Las personas que estallan sin razón deberían evitar estar en contacto con el público.
