L Hotel ha un' ottima posizione rispetto al centro storico, è dotato di parcheggio convenzionato e la zona è ricca di attività commerciali. Per quanto riguarda il servizio di pulizia sono stati impeccabili come anche la gentilezza. Unica nota negativa è la mancanza di manutenzione dello stabile e della camera stessa che avrebbe bisogno di una maggiore cura un esempio è la cabina doccia che presenta macchie di muffa tra le fughe delle mattonelle o le tende strappate alle finestre.

Quando sono a Bologna soggiorno sempre al Suite Hotel,la posizione è strategica, l'aeroporto è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi che passano quasi di fronte all'hotel e passeggiando lungo i portici raggiungi in poco tempo anche il centro.
