It was very new and clean. Shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer are provided. The front desk staff and breakfast staff were very kind and helpful. The location is easy to access, just a straight walk from the station, but the entrance may be a little hard to find. I ended up going into Hotel Roma across the street, which is embarrassing. It was shown with a different name on Google Maps, but there was a sign saying φ PHI at the entrance.

Excellent location, satisfactory breakfast and service. The only flaw is the cleanliness of the apartment, too many cobwebs on the ceiling and a very dusty wardrobe.

The hotel's location is excellent, a stone's throw from Piazza Maggiore and via dell'Indipendenza (shopping street). Clean and well-kept rooms with modern furnishings and excellent room services (breakfast and pillow menu) Careful and very good breakfast (both salty and sweet) with the classics of traditional Emilian cuisine

It was so nice to be tied to a room with a unique design, and the location and service are all good, so I recommend it. Breakfast was good too.
